Thanks to the system’s efficiency and smart design, the customer is set to save an estimated £1,043 per year on their electricity bills, with a projected payback period of just 6 years 💷
The system comprises 18 Aiko modules totalling 8.5kW installed across three roof aspects, integrated with a Fox inverter with 3 mppts and a 5.2kWh battery to provide an efficient and future-proof energy solution ⚡

We had the pleasure of completing this installation in a scenic part of Swansea this week.
Several options were explored with the customer during the design stage which included using the southwest roof only for 12 panels, both the southwest and northeast roofs for 24 panels and using no battery, a 6kW battery and a 12kW battery.
This customer went for the two roofs with a 6kW Solax TP30 battery, which is expected to generate 7,900kWh of clean electricity, and save them £1,300, every year.

A 19-panel system paired with 6kWh battery storage.
This system is projected to generate approximately 6,650kWh per year, and with intelligent battery storage in place, the homeowner is expected to go from paying around £90 per month in electricity to earning approximately £15 per month.
We maximised the available roof space by installing all 19 panels in landscape orientation. Interestingly, a neighbouring property with the same roof only had 16 panels fitted in portrait.
This is a perfect example of how a considered design makes a measurable difference. Those additional three panels are estimated to deliver at least £2,700 in extra savings over 25 years.

The customer is planning to have a heat pump fitted so coupled the system with a 16kWh Fogstar battery to be able to cover their consumption most days of the year.
The system is expected to save the customer £113 per month and pay itself back in 6 years and 6 months.
